How To Use A Derma Roller

How To Use A Derma Roller

How to use the derma roller

After understanding why it was invented, realizing that a variety of people with different skin problems/imperfections use the derma roller and finding out how the regeneration of the skin works – Its time to learn the right way to use this efficient tool:

  1. Use medical alcohol to disinfect the roller and the area of the skin being treated before each session.
  2. Highly Recommended - Apply suitable moisturizer / serum / lotion onto the treated area, before and after the use.
  3. Roll gently back and forth 10 times in each direction horizontally, vertically, and diagonally on the area you wish to treat while maintaining the same speed and pressure to create more micro vessels. Do so slowly and softly.
  4. After treatment apply moisturizer / serum / lotion to the treated skin area.

How often should I use it?

Rolling at night is recommended to avoid the 30-60min redness that appears after the sessions, to prevent you from doing normal activities. Use the derma roller once (one treatment) every 3-6 weeks, depending on your skin type and sensitivity.

Why needling my skin more often wouldn’t give me faster results?

While derma rolling is very efficient for all skin types, its not recommended to “over use it”. Renewing skin cells naturally takes time - When derma rolling the skins pores are opened and micro channels are crated in order for the skin to absorb the serum / moisturizer, and grow new healthier skin. This process takes time – your skin needs it time to heal it self and grow stronger.

Being patient and consistent is the key to achieve amazing results. Expecting a miracle to happen over night isn’t realistic. We assure the highest level of satisfaction for those who use it exactly as advised, consistently with a good serum or moisturizer to boost the process.
